Child Care Teacher

Responsibilities include creating hands-On activities tailored to children's needs, maintaining open communication with parents regarding daily milestones, and ensuring a safe and clean classroom environment by following essential procedures. The role also requires providing teaching coverage across different classrooms or age groups as needed within the center or nearby locations.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and must pass required state and company background checks. While one year of professional teaching experience and relevant degrees (Cda, associate, or bachelor's) are preferred, demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (Dap) is required.
