Teaching Fellow

The satellite teaching fellow will serve as the on-Site instructional leader, assisting the lead instructor broadcasting from another location by facilitating technical training using a structured curriculum for entry to mid-Level information technology jobs. Responsibilities also include managing student performance through ongoing feedback, enforcing program rules, and coordinating with instructors and career coaches to promote student success.

Candidates must be graduates of a per scholas training program, have obtained all associated certifications, and be recommended by a per scholas technical instructor. Essential qualities include a passion for teaching, flexibility, a team-Oriented yet independent work style, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to the organization's mission.
