Independent Living Specialist

This role involves nurturing hope, healing, and resilience in idaho's youth by coordinating educational, career development, and independent living preparation programming for residents of the hays house facility. The specialist will also help youth develop clear goals, build community relationships for opportunities, and collaborate on service plans.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a valid idaho driver's license or obtain one within 15 days of hire. A bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of experience working with at-Risk youth are preferred.
