Employment Mentor - Boise

Employment mentors provide individualized, one-On-One training and support to clients at their job sites, focusing on developing job-Keeping behaviors, task completion skills, and natural supports. They also act as advocates, document daily progress, conduct evaluations, and maintain accurate administrative logs.

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or ged and be at least 21 years old, requiring reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance. Candidates must also pass a background check and obtain or provide cpr/First aid certification.
