Senior Dental Assistant - Faculty Practice

The senior dental assistant provides chair side assistance during various treatment procedures, prepares and sterilizes equipment, documents patient care, and takes and develops x-Rays. This role also includes administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and ordering supplies.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience performing chair side dental assistance, though a certified dental assistant (Cda) credential can substitute for one year of experience. Candidates must also obtain or possess a current oklahoma dental assistant permit and cpr certification.
