Swim Instructor, Earlywine Park YMCA

The swim lessons instructor will conduct swimming lessons for various ages and skill levels, focusing on teaching swimming skills, promoting water safety, and building participant confidence. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, enforcing pool rules, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a clean pool area.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old, demonstrate technical swimming and safety skills, and possess personal characteristics aligned with core values like caring and responsibility. Required certifications include current cpr/Aed/O2 and first aid, with the expectation to become a certified ymca swim instructor within six months if not already certified.
