Core responsibilities
The instructional designer will develop instructional content and learning experiences for program participants, staff, and volunteers by analyzing business goals and learner needs to determine appropriate learning solutions. This role involves maintaining active faith practices, delivering high-Quality content using the addie framework, coordinating project documentation, providing facilitation, and administering learning platforms like the pfmlearn lms.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a similar field, with a graduate degree preferred, alongside five years of instructional design experience. Required qualifications include a solid background in adult education, curriculum design, instructional technology, facilitation skills, and proficiency with ms office, project management tools, and storyboarding, with articulate rise experience being desired.
