Adjunct RN Mental Health Clinical Instructor

Faculty will be responsible for sharing watson’s theory of caring and integrating quality safety education for nurses (Qsen) throughout the curriculum, emphasizing systems learning and a culture of safety in clinical practice. Responsibilities also include direct patient care support, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, designing educational programs, and mentoring students and staff in developing clinical judgment and evidence-Based practice.

Candidates must possess a current registered nurse license in california, with required bls certification and potentially acls/Pals depending on the unit. Minimum educational requirements vary by specific instructor level, ranging from a bachelor's degree for assistant instructor/Clinical teaching assistant to a bachelor's or master's in nursing for instructor level, along with relevant clinical experience.
