Pool/Field Trip Lead Youth Development Professional

This role is responsible for managing youth safety and well-Being during pool activities and field trips, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all participants both on and offsite. The lead professional will also provide leadership and mentorship to other youth development staff and volunteers while addressing behavioral challenges.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and either hold a current lifeguard certification or be willing to obtain one, which the club will cover the cost for. A commitment to working five days a week between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm for a minimum of 28 hours weekly is required, along with the ability to implement behavior management principles.
