Behavior Technician - Work with Kids - Training Provided

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, demonstrating patience and compassion while being able to work well in a team. Minimum requirements include being 18 or older, possessing a high school diploma or ged, and being physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and moving in various positions.
