Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills like communication and social interaction while actively reducing interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, demonstrating patience, compassion, and strong teamwork abilities, and must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged. Essential requirements include passing a background check, obtaining necessary certifications (Cpr, first aid, tb test), and possessing the physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and move in various positions.
