Center-Based Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while actively reducing interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, demonstrating patience, compassion, and strong teamwork abilities, and must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged. Physical requirements include the ability to move in various positions and lift/Carry up to 50 pounds, along with obtaining necessary certifications.
