Occupational Therapist / OT (Home Health) $10K Sign-On!

Evaluate patients’ functional abilities in their home environment and develop personalized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic activities to improve patients’ ability to perform daily living tasks and educate patients and caregivers on techniques to promote safety and independence.

Candidates must be graduates from an accredited occupational therapy program and hold a valid state license. A minimum of 1 year of experience as an occupational therapist and current bls certification are also required.
