Behavior Technician - Work with Kids - Training Provided

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a bcba. This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team, requiring a high school diploma or ged and being 18 years or older. Physical requirements include the ability to move in various positions and lift/Carry up to 50 pounds.
