Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, possess patience and compassion, and be able to work well in a team environment. Minimum requirements include being 18 years or older, possessing a high school diploma or ged, and being able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications.
