Responsibilities also include evaluating student performance, administering national healthcareer association examinations, and scheduling externships.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a certificate of completion from an approved phlebotomy program and maintain national certification from an accredited national testing organization. A minimum of three years of phlebotomy experience, one year of laboratory experience within the last ten years, and one year of instructor experience (Preferably in phlebotomy) are also required.
