The retention officer is responsible for quickly contacting students who may be at risk of dropping out to implement processes that prevent student loss. Essential tasks include maintaining daily contact with faculty and support departments to monitor student progress and proactively address issues.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in human behavior, psychology, or social work, along with a minimum of one year of experience in the specialty area. Complete proficiency in ms office is also required for this role.
