Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a bcba using evidence-Based techniques. Responsibilities include teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while actively working to reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, demonstrating patience, compassion, and strong teamwork abilities, and must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged. Physical requirements include the ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds, as the role demands comfort with unpredictable and potentially confrontational child behavior.
