Center-Based Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, demonstrating patience, compassion, and strong teamwork skills, and must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged. The role requires physical capability, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical movements.
