Behavior Health Technician (BHT)

The role involves delivering individualized, one-To-One behavioral health services to youth and families, which includes implementing established treatment and behavior management plans. Responsibilities also cover teaching replacement behaviors, supporting skill-Building in various areas, providing crisis intervention when needed, and completing accurate documentation.

A minimum of one year of experience providing mental health support services to youth or young adults is preferred, and candidates must obtain bcat (Board certified autism technician) certification, which the employer offers training for. Clearances including pa child abuse, criminal, and federal fingerprint-Based background checks are mandatory.
