Childcare Lead Teacher – Before & After School

The lead teacher will be responsible for creating and facilitating hands-On activities based on the healthy kids curriculum, which includes fitness, steam, academic enrichment, and art, while also assisting students with homework. This role requires maintaining a safe, clean, and fun environment, serving as a positive role model, and communicating daily with parents via the playground app.

Candidates must meet specific educational requirements, which include options like a bachelor's degree in relevant fields or an associate's degree combined with significant experience, or a child development associate credential plus experience. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, pass a comprehensive background check including fingerprinting, and be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
