Instructional Aide → 26/27 SY

The instructional aide will provide personalized support, supervision, and guidance to k-12 students in a special education program, collaborating with educators to implement individualized education programs (Ieps). Responsibilities include implementing individualized instruction, monitoring student progress, managing behavior, and assisting students in developing essential life and academic skills.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent with passage of a basic skills test, and the ability to obtain company-Approved crisis management training certification. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree or higher in a related field and relevant paraprofessional credentials, along with prior experience supporting children in special education or behavioral health settings.
