Core responsibilities
The family outreach worker will be responsible for maintaining attendance records, conducting home visits, assisting teaching staff, updating community resources, and performing mass recruitment door-To-Door activities. Key duties also include assisting with case management, documentation, interpretation, needs assessments, and conducting in-Depth enrollment interviews.
Requirements summary
Required qualifications include either a high school diploma with four years of relevant experience or an associate's degree with two years of relevant experience. Candidates are preferred to have previous experience with early childhood programs and must obtain a child development associate (Cda) certification within one year of hire.
