Job
Duties and Responsibilities
Keep attendance records, conduct home visits, assist teaching staff in classrooms, update community resource, conduct mass recruitment door to door, assist case management, file and maintain required documentation of all case load, assist in interpretation and translation, conduct needs assessment of all families, assist in scoring and entering of all applications, assist in mentoring social work interns, conduct in-depth enrollment interviews, setup children's files, train parents, do family referrals and follow-ups, attend required meetings and trainings, conduct height and weight on all HS and EHS children, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
High School diploma + 4 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience.
Equivalent Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with early childhood,
Special Certification/Licensure: CDA within one year of hire,
Working conditions and physical effort
Environment
Work is normally performed indoors.
Physical Effort
Light physical effort. Effort applies to no more than two (2) hours per day.
Lifting Requirements
Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking.

No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
