Spanish Speaking Behavioral Technician

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team, requiring them to be 18+ with a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must also be bilingual in spanish and capable of passing background checks and meeting physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
