Nurse Educator Preceptor

This part-Time, bedside position involves precepting up to two new graduate nurses simultaneously, focusing on developing their skills in documentation, assessments, and critical thinking. The role is shared with another part-Time preceptor within the clinical education team.

Candidates must possess three years of direct patient care experience as a registered nurse, with experience in nursing education being desirable. Required licensure includes being a registered nurse in idaho at the start date and obtaining oregon rn licensure within six months, along with current basic life support certification.
