FFC - Case Planner

The case planner provides direct case planning services focused on ensuring child safety, wellbeing, and facilitating permanency for children in foster care. This involves maintaining mandated contacts with various parties and developing service plans to connect children and parents to appropriate services.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and knowledge of the child welfare system, along with good verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency, including knowledge of connections. One year of experience is preferred, and being bilingual in english/Spanish is a plus.
