Responsibilities include assisting with curriculum development, engaging youth for cohort-Based groups, co-Facilitating sessions on topics like identity and leadership, and maintaining accurate program documentation.

Requirements summary

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor’s degree is preferred; candidates must be highly organized, creative problem-Solvers, and possess strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to anti-Oppressive practice. Lived experience within relevant systems is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
