Core responsibilities
Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities include using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team, requiring a high school diploma or ged and being 18 years of age or older. Applicants must also be physically capable of demanding physical activities, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and must obtain registered behavior technician certification after onboarding.
