1:1 Aide

The aide will work one-On-One with an assigned student to meet goals outlined in their individualized education plan (Iep), providing necessary accommodations and modifications. Responsibilities include implementing behavior support plans, tracking data, utilizing intervention strategies, and ensuring student safety through supervision and crisis management.

A high school diploma is required for this position, though experience working in an educational setting implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs is preferred. Candidates must be physically capable of swift movement, lifting up to 50 pounds or more, and maintaining composure during demanding situations.
