Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, possess patience and compassion, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Essential requirements include being 18 or older, having a high school diploma or ged, passing a background check, and being bilingual in spanish, alongside physical ability to handle demanding tasks.
