Youth Care Worker - Days

As a youth care worker - Days, the primary role involves providing 24-Hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of the youth. This includes monitoring and documenting behaviors, joining the youth during sports and recreation, and assisting them in their learning and development within the program.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, along with either one year of experience working directly with at-Risk youth in a care position or 60 hours of college education. A valid driver’s license is also a requirement for consideration.
