Group Fitness Instructor - Les Mills BodyCombat Formats

The instructor must consistently provide an exceptional member experience by executing the vasa uplift member experience (Vume), ensuring punctuality, room preparation, and actively monitoring members during exercise demonstrations. They are responsible for executing post-Class procedures like cleaning and sanitizing while being approachable, professional, and engaging to foster an inclusive and supportive community within the class.

Minimum qualifications include 0-1 year of relevant training experience and holding an ncca-Accredited personal training or group fitness certification, along with current cpr/Aed certification and a specialty format certification (Like les mills). Candidates must possess general knowledge of exercise science, an energizing attitude, and experience leading groups.
