Behavioral Aide

The instructional aide provides ongoing support, instruction, and supervision to individual students and classrooms under the direction of the principal or teacher. Duties include administering and correcting lessons, supporting students one-On-One and in groups, and assisting with classroom maintenance and record keeping.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. Candidates must be bilingual (Spanish speaking) and must pass a clear background check, pre-Employment drug screening, and tb test.
