Core responsibilities
The coordinator initiates, coordinates, and implements administrative duties supporting the career center's instructional and program needs, serving as a central resource for students, faculty, staff, and the community. This role involves identifying needs, planning, coordinating, and executing complex projects with broad impact, often making recommendations on operational and policy matters.
Requirements summary
A minimum of two years of administrative work experience involving program administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required, along with a high school diploma or technical/Vocational degree. Strong written and oral communication skills, including mastery of english grammar, and intermediate proficiency with microsoft office (Word, excel) are mandatory.
