Content Specialist, Dallas-Fort Worth (Temporary)

Content specialists are responsible for facilitating high-Quality professional development sessions for incoming corps members, which involves making content-Related edits to pre-Written session plans and internalizing the district's chosen curriculum. They will facilitate specific learning sessions focused on curriculum exploration, learning environment plans, and skills labs emphasizing rigorous instruction.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of teaching experience, along with two to three years working with novice teachers in a support or facilitation role focused on instructional practice. Strong knowledge of instructional practice in their content area and a commitment to culturally relevant pedagogy are essential.
