Associate, Content Facilitator (Elementary) - Temporary

The content facilitator will design and facilitate twelve months of synchronous and asynchronous sessions for the elementary (Grades 1-5) teacher preparation program, aligning content with the state-Approved syllabus. Responsibilities also include facilitating monthly synchronous professional development, designing asynchronous literacy coursework, and grading deliverables with feedback and remastery options.

A bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of classroom teaching experience in the relevant content area, demonstrating quantifiable success with student outcomes. Candidates must also possess strong organizational skills, a belief in culturally relevant pedagogy, and adeptness with virtual platforms like zoom.
