Associate, Content Facilitator (Literacy) - Temporary

The content facilitator will prepare for and lead up to two hours of monthly synchronous professional development using the tfa-Provided foundations of literacy & dyslexia curriculum, primarily virtually. Additionally, they will score asynchronous coursework, provide written and conferencing feedback to teacher candidates, and offer options for remastery as needed.

A bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of classroom teaching experience in the relevant content area are required, along with ldoe-Recognized specialized training in instructing teachers on pedagogical methods for students with dyslexia. Candidates must also demonstrate strong organizational skills, a commitment to relationship building, and belief in culturally relevant pedagogy.
