Requirements summary

Required qualifications include a master’s degree in counseling and guidance, social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or a related specialty, along with practical/Field placement experience relevant to college counseling. Candidates must have passed the national counselor exam (Nce) and be eligible for licensure such as lpc-Associate, lpc, lmft, lmsw, or lcsw.
