Job Developer

The job developer will focus on developing part-Time employment opportunities for students through the jld and csws programs by nurturing relationships with local and on-Campus employers. This role also involves overseeing training programs for student employees and hiring managers, assisting with career readiness assessments, and executing marketing strategies to promote job opportunities.

A bachelor's degree in a related field such as higher education administration or business is required, along with three years of experience in career services or a related area, though a master's degree can substitute for one year of experience. Candidates must possess intermediate skills in microsoft office suite and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
