Qualified Professional, Intensive In-Home

The intensive in-Home qp develops and monitors person-Centered plans for youth and families while delivering evidence-Based interventions and providing supportive counseling and crisis intervention. This role also involves assisting families in accessing necessary educational, vocational, and housing resources and ensuring accurate documentation.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in human services along with two years of experience working with the mental health population, including one year specifically with children or adolescents. Alternatively, a non-Human services degree qualifies with four years of mental health experience.
