Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician is responsible for providing direct 1

1 therapy sessions and implementing behavior protocols based on aba principles. They also collect data and maintain communication with the pod manager regarding client progress.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or higher in a related field, with experience in aba preferred but not required. They should also possess excellent time management skills and the ability to work creatively and flexibly.
