Specialist, Training

The specialist will serve as a subject matter expert, mentor, and coach to claims staff and training associates while managing desk operations and analyzing statistics for mentored staff. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating training plans and materials to meet departmental objectives and ensure organizational readiness.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years), along with 1-2+ years of mentoring/Coaching experience and 1-3+ years in training directly related to the position's responsibilities. The employee must also be able to work more than 40 hours per week when necessary.
