Mental Health Counselor/ Housing & Residential Engagement Liaison

The role involves providing a full range of clinical mental health services, including individual, couples, and group counseling, alongside crisis intervention and triage for students. A significant component is serving as a liaison to housing and residential engagement, working embedded in housing to provide direct services and outreach to residential students.

A master's degree in a relevant field and a california license as an lmft, lcsw, or lpcc are required, along with clinical experience in crisis stabilization. Candidates must demonstrate sensitivity and ability to work with diverse student populations and possess strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration.
