Behavior Aide

The role involves collaborating with the teacher to deliver individualized services and support to small groups of students, monitoring behavior, tracking educational progress, and communicating with parents. Responsibilities include implementing academic models, providing customized support, utilizing behavior intervention strategies, and ensuring student safety through supervision and crisis management.

A high school diploma is required, though college experience or a bachelor's degree is highly preferred for this role. Prior experience working with special needs students in an educational setting is preferred.
