Preschool Lead Teacher (Toddler Program)

The lead teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment while implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum alongside the teaching team. Key duties include observing children's progress, communicating effectively with families, and planning a balanced daily schedule.

Candidates must possess a cda or a degree in early childhood education or a related field, along with a high school diploma or equivalent, and must be at least 18 years old. Prior experience as a preschool lead teacher and strong classroom management skills are preferred, and all state requirements must be met.
