Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will implement one-On-One behavioral interventions to teach essential skills and reduce problematic behaviors for students in elementary, middle, and/Or high school settings. Responsibilities include providing direct client care, following prescribed protocols, collecting data, and communicating progress to parents and caregivers.
Requirements summary
A registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification is required for this role, although a bachelor's degree is preferred. Previous experience in behavior management is preferred, and candidates must possess excellent communication and relationship-Building skills.
