Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged and must have or be obtaining a crs certification from the pennsylvania certification board, with preference for those completing the peer support expansion initiative program. Essential requirements include excellent communication, relationship-Building skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and the capacity to work independently while collaborating with healthcare systems.
