Center-Based Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills like communication, social interaction, and daily living while actively working to reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, demonstrating patience, compassion, and strong teamwork abilities, and must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged. Essential physical requirements include the ability to move in various positions and lift/Carry up to 50 pounds, along with obtaining cpr/First aid certification and passing a background check.
