Responsibilities include providing direct counseling services to assigned students and families, addressing social-Emotional needs through individual and group modalities, and engaging families via various communication methods. Indirect services involve providing referrals for outside support and collaborating with staff and supervisors to meet student needs.

Candidates must possess patience, grit, social intelligence, and a passion for a mission-Driven school culture, along with documented success and extensive knowledge of adolescent development. A minimum requirement is an lmsw or msed in school counseling from a cacrep-Accredited school plus three years of post-License work experience.
