Core responsibilities
The teacher will deliver rigorous, standards-Aligned instruction, plan and adapt lessons based on student data, and differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs, including those with iep/504 plans. Responsibilities also include establishing a positive classroom culture, building strong relationships with families, and adhering to all professional and operational expectations.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate a personal affinity for the mission and commitment to the core beliefs of relentlessness, elevation, achievement, community, and hope. Strongly preferred qualifications include at least two years of self-Contained teaching experience in urban schools and a master's or state credential in special education.
